Experience Summary: 

First Phase of Professional Experience: Employment

1)      With UK based Multinational Company International Computers Ltd, Pune ICIM, now known as Zensar (1973-1990).

a)     Project Engineer

Reverse Engineering :Developed Electric punch and Verifiers, sorters ,card reader ,printer and data processing machines, Import Substitution of various Components in Computer mainframe & peripherals

b)     Sr. Manager Quality Control & Assurance: 

Developed software test programs for Main frame computers such as ICIM 2904, ICIM 101, S39 using Automatic Test equipment such as Generad and Factron. 

Second Phase of Experience: Entrepreneur

1)     Den-Ki-kai Engineers 

a)     Licensed Electrical Contractors:

 Various electrical works carried out in various Organizations like: 

Electrical Substation work at ONGC, Ankaleshwar, and This Includes complete Project from design erection, commissioning of 11 KV Substation, Licensing with Government authorities. Special purpose machines. Factory wiring and many lighting projects were carried out.

b)     As a subcontractor:

Job work such as assembly and testing of PCB and cable assemblies for many clients such as Bharat Electronics, Tata Honeywell, Electronica, Baker Mercer etc.

Forth Phase of experience: Event Management, Social activities (2012- till date).

I have devoted to social activities and event management activities and book writing.

·         Recently my book based on Swami Satyanand’s Thoughts is published by Nirali publication on International Yoga Day.

·         Yoga Nidra fro stress relief and meditation events in management schools

A)     Conducting Training workshops/seminars on Leadership, Team building, Presentation skills, Managerial effectiveness and various skill management subjects.

B) I have been to Toronto, Canada during June 2014 for about four month for my personal reasons.

During my stay in Toronto, I visited leading institutes in Toronto. I delivered few lectures on various subjects apart from my IT subjects and sharing my experience with their faculty and student.

I have introduced many innovative ideas during imparting teaching MIS in Symbiosis Centre for Management studies (SCMS) for last three years.

Three books written by me are published recently

1)      Management Information System (2^nd edition) published by Himalaya publication, Mumbai. Revised 3^rd Edition of the book is under printing

2)      E-Marketing  published by Nirali Publication

3)      Human Recourse Information Systems published by Nirali Publication

      4) “Internet Business Environment “ and “ Managing for Sustainability”  is published by Success Publication.

The contents of book “Internet Business Environment” cover e-business and commerce, e-Marketing, Human Resoures Information System, Operations ERP, Retail and Infrastructure. This book covers six IT subjects of Pune University MBA syllabus fully.

The contents of Managing for Sustainability is as per syllabus of second year syllabus of MBA ,Savitribai Pune University.

4)      Legal aspects of business and cyber laws is under printing and will ebe published in 15days by success publication.

These books are in line with revised MBA syllabus 2016 of Pune University.
